Processes and Guidelines

  • Payments:

If you have not paid online you will have 5 business days to cancel your bill.  We accept bank transfers and credit card payments.

  • Delivery location or date changes:

                   We will do our best to accommodate any and all changes in your itinerary, however, additional fees may apply.

  • All items not in our online stores all well as all of our concierge services will be quoted prior to purchase.
